Introduction

The establishment of the Personnel Office is accordance with the Personnel Act and the NCKU Regulations for Personnel Management Setup. The Personnel Office is responsible for managing employment, recruitment, transfers, salary, leave of absence, dealing with their salary scales, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related affairs. The Personnel Office has a director and is divided into four divisions: Recruitment and Employment Division (R&E), Assessment and Development Division (A&D), Compensation and Benefit Division (C&B), and Project Human Resources Division (PHR).
The Personnel Office plays an integral part to respond to the University’s mission and agenda, and support the administrative work of every department by following the personnel regulations and policies of the University. We hope to develop effective manpower to proactively help benefit the development objetives of the University.
